This Big 5 Game Reserve will have two separate dedicated kitchens for both meat and milk with separate entrances. One side will be for dairy (Milchik) only and the other side for meat (Fleischik) only.
Our Kosher chefs will cook alongside the executive or head chef to create some of the finest Kosher South African meals imagined.

All local Kosher products, including biltong, a variety of meats, chicken, fresh produce and chocolates are sourced from local suppliers in Johannesburg, and are freighted to the lodge.
The lodge offers morning and evening game drives in a custom-built, open safari vehicle, with experienced and knowledgeable rangers at the helm.
Kapama provides an elephant experience with the aim of protecting the gentle giants. This is one of the founding principles of the lodge. The lodge started the experience to help care for a rescued elephant herd nearly 20 years ago.
Today, they continue to care and protect the elephants by sharing this educational experience with all their guests while they help the lodge conserve this magical species.
